At 44 I'm training for my first bodybuilding competition, published author, running multiple businesses, making more money than I ever have. And none of this happened because of a new strategy, a course, a certification- girl, please. It happened when I decided to be all of me. The me I never really let the world see.
I went from an ICU nurse at over 50% body fat, high blood pressure, prediabetes, and heart failure -to this.
Not because I found the right plan. Because I found myself.
My identity shifted first. Then my body followed. Then my business. Then the money. Then everything.
And I know this about so many women- especially in healthcare- they've lost themselves completely. Swallowed whole by their role, their title, their credentials, their culturally conditioned virtuosity that is ultimately the source of their divine demise, honey.
That's the heartbeat behind everything I do.
